Web Crypto chooses winners before the animations start. Secure integers use rejection sampling to avoid modulo bias. Dice and coins are visualizations of random results, not sources of randomness.
Limits and trust
The generated raffle receipts can be changed by the browser user and are not independently certified. The product cannot prove that a lottery was conducted fairly.
